The vector data were created starting from information given by the site of Italian Ministery of Economic Development (https://unmig.mise.gov.it/index.php/it/dati). The shapefile was created by combining the spatial data (klm file) and the tabular data (xlsx) present on the website of the Ministry of Economic Development, it contains all the information on the requested extraction concession areas of the whole Italian territory.
